In the Business Solutions section, you will be given a business problem, along with certain requirements, and will need to show what design issues are best to use to resolve the problem using the Agent Greeting, Unified Messaging, Call Recording and Quality Monitoring, Remote Agents, or Self-Service applications as tools to come up with the best solution. And finally, in the System Management section you will need to explain the purpose, features, and capabilities of network management, server management, Contact Center Manager Server Utility, and License Manager.
